I would really like to race my modlite at your track, it is a very nice looking track. Here are a list of rules I copied from the Crossville Speedway website, this is just a few of the motor rules. Here is a link to the full set of rules if interested. The Boone Speedway and Marshalltown Speedway in Iowa was similar to these as well. I don't know if you tried modlites in the past, however I believe it could be very good for your track both financially and for the fans to see how competitive the Mod Lite class is. I believe with open minds your track would benefit greatly with the right marketing and willingness to adopt a few rules to allow modlites to run. Look at some of the races from 2014 at boone speedway or Marshalltown speedway and you will see the potential of this class. It is an even playing field with very close competition when it is managed properly. If your not willing to consider a weekly modlite program what about every 2 weeks or even once a month to see what kind of reaction you get out of the fans? Thanks for your time, Dustin Marshall
Here a few ideas to have the rules set up. The STARS and TUSA rules are the 2 main national sanctioning body for modlites.
